Our company is the developer and manufacturer of automation devices and pellet flare burners for solid fuel boilers, and in addition, it provides services on integrated solution of tasks relating to heat supply. The goal of our company is to take care of ecology and natural resources.

2008. LTD «Bioprom Kharkov» was founded. Installation and service of alternative sources of energy.

2009. Manufactured the first set of automatic equipment for solid fuel boilers with AIR trade name.

2010. Began large-scale manufacturing of AIR AUTO automatic equipment for solid fuel boilers. Manufactured three thousand AIR AUTO electronic controllers. Company staff - 5 employees.

2012. Four models of automatic equipment for solid fuel boilers are in series manufacturing:

AIR AUTO, AIR AUTO U, AIR Logic и AIR BIO. Overall production included six thousand units. Company staff – 10 employees. Our company obtained UTILITY MODEL PATENT: Method of energy saving and ecological process of fuel combustion in solid fuel boilers.

2013. Registered AIR trade mark.

2014. Registered BIOPROM trade mark. There are six models of automatic equipment for solid fuel boilers in series manufacturing. Added two new models of microprocessor-based temperature controllers with PID software. (AIR AUTO PID and BIO PID). Manufactured twelve thousand electronic controllers for solid fuel boilers. Developed and put in series manufacturing two models of pellet burners BIOPROM 36 kW and BIOPROM 150 kW. Company staff – 20 employees.

2015. Today sixteen Ukrainian manufacturers of solid fuel boilers, five plants in Russia, two plants in Kazakhstan, one plant in Turkmenistan, as well as trading companies and rigging crews use products of LTD «Bioprom Kharkov». Company staff includes 27 employees. Developed GSM control module and a module for control of three-way and four-way valves. The Company is writing individual programs based on the specifics of the solid fuel boiler structure and taking into consideration its operating modes. Our products are delivered to plants-manufacturers of solid fuel boilers with individual design of the unit. The anticipated volume of production is twenty five thousand units by the end of the year.

Primary buyers of our products are plants that manufacture solid fuel boilers, trading companies and rigging crews.

Controllers that we manufacture were completely developed by engineers of our company starting from preparation of the statement of work up to writing the program of operation algorithm. We have all the technical and design documents. In addition, the company is writing individual programs based on the specifics of the solid fuel boiler structure and taking into consideration its operating modes what allows satisfying even the most fastidious customers.

LTD «Bioprom Kharkov» arranges recreational activities for employees on a regular basis in combination with active work on personnel training and skill-building exercises. We can a little bit relax and distract ourselves from everyday work during hours we spend together outside in open air.
