As operators, we’ve used other blowers and turbo blowers extensively. We know what a turbo blower should be, and we’ve integrated those experiences into our own BKTurbo. COMPONENTS PROVIDE PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY HIGH SPEED MOTOR Tested and passed a continuous 35,000 hrs running test. High speed PM motor is specially designed for high speed and overheating conditions and has passed a continuous 35,000 hours running test. BKTurbo provides high performance, high efficiency and high reliability. DUAL FOIL AIR BEARING Protects blower from surging damages. (Patented) A unique bump type foil air bearing prevents surging damages. Tested for over 30,000 Start-Stop cycles. Compared to leaf type air bearings, BKTurbo’s bump type has less starting friction and shaft abrasion providing better durability. IMPELLER BKTurbo’s uses a unique stainless steel and aluminum alloy technology to guarantee high compression efficiency and reliability in high pressure applications. SHAFT With high strength Titanium, Inconel, and SmCo material, the shaft (HRC > 70), provides stable rotation in high speed operation and frequent On & Off conditions. IMPELLER SHAFT HIGH SPEED MOTOR DUAL FOIL AIR BEARING TOUCH SCREEN PANEL 7” LCD display helps easily monitoring and control the system. You can monitor and control the RPM, timer, DO sensor and system communication. INVERTER Sensor-less vector controller A sensor-less vector controller provides motor control (Speed and Torque), easy user interface, and remote communication (RS-485). The digital control system prevents over current. CONTROL LOGIC In-house developed H/W and S/W that communicates between touch panel and inverter. Emergency Stand Alone Operation If the central control system fails, the blower can be operated locally, providing added control redundancy.
