Company Organisation and InfrastructureThe Brenk Systemplanung GmbH is meanwhile owned by its key employees and registered as a limited company under German Law at the registeroffice: District Court Aachen, number HRB 7494.1. In accordance to the German law for limited companies the decision making board of the company is the assembly of the shareholders.2. The over-all responsibility for the company lies with management of the company. They represent the company inside and outside.The staff members of Brenk Systemplanung GmbH are engineers of different faculties, such as Nuclear Technology, Electro Technology, CivilEngineering, Supply and Waste Management Engineering, Water Economy, Process Engineering and Mining and scientists, i. e. Physicists,Geologists, Hydro geologists, Geochemists, Mineralogists as well as Computer Scientists.In addition, there are business administrators and secretaries. The hierarchy is flat. It exists of two managers (president and managing director), the directors of the various business fields and the project managers.The company organises its projects in 4 technical business fields. The technical, commercial and personnel responsibility lies with the directors of therespective fields. The director of our internal business field “Administration and Controlling” is responsible for procurement, bookkeeping and personneladministration.
