BSI - Model GUV-2511 - Ground-Based UV / PAR Radiometer Brochure

Biospherical Instruments’ new GUV-2511 combines elements of our widely used GUV-511 and 541 radiometer series. Like it’s predecessors, the GUV-2511 is suitable for use in longterm research programs. The GUV-2511 is equipped to monitor solar ultraviolet (UV) radiation at six key wavelengths: 305, 313, 320, 340, 380, 395nm. The radiometer will also measure broadband PAR (“Photosynthetically Available Radiation”; 400-700nm). Data from the GUV will also afford retrieval of cloud optical thickness and total column ozone—two crucial variables used in modeling the solar spectrum.
