Caloris Agilix Brochure
Finally, a serious evaporator that goes where you need it.The Caloris Agilix™ mobile evaporator is the first truly effective solution for dealing with wastewater at remote sites. The only mobile turbofan MVR evaporator system with substantial capacity, the Agilix travels on an integrated flatbed trailer to almost any remote location. Drive it easily over public highways and roads, in most locations without need for permitting as an escorted transport. Deploy it for weeks or months at one site—then move it to the next locationMobility plus flexibility. With the Agilix, you get supreme flexibility, not only because you can process almost anywhere, but because you can process such a wide variety of substances, including aqueous liquids with a high saline content and/or a high percentage of suspended solids. Use the Agilix to• Eliminate wastewater ponds.• Handle temporary remedial needs.• Concentrate coal wash water slurry.• Concentrate wastewater from fracking.Powerful forced circulation turbofan MVR technology. Efficiency on wheels. The Agilix is a powerful and efficient forced circulation MVR evaporator—uniquely designed—with a horizontal vapor separator. The evaporator is typically heated with two turbofans in series. (For certain applications one turbofan will suffice.) Caloris engineers will optimize the unit in line with your specific applications. To maximize heat transfer at higher concentrations and boiling point elevations, the product side, including the horizontal separator, is split into two or three sections. Enhanced heat exchange tubing further increases heat transfer, making the Agilix a particularly efficient evaporation system.Caloris Agilix™ Mobile EvaporatorCall 1.410.822.6900 or email info@caloris.com to discuss your specific needs and to schedule a benchtop test for your product or an on-site test with our pilot evaporator. The Caloris Agilix™ Mobile Evaporator Features1. A readily transportable, fully assembled forced circulation MVR evaporator system, requiring only 480V electrical power.2. Capable of up to 20,000 PPH water evaporation from difficult to process feed streams. 3. Produces clean water and high solid concentrates.4. Use of electric in-line resistance heaters to preheat the system during initial start-up, reducing time required to initiate evaporation and concentrate production from a cold start.Caloris Engineering, LLC8649 Commerce DriveEaston, MD 21601USATel: +1 410-822-6900Fax: +1 410-822-9006info@caloris.comwww.caloris.comEasy to power, wherever you need it.480 volts of electrical power is all you need to start up the Agilix. Whether you have access to the public energy grid or use a fuel-powered electrical generator, the Agilix mobile evaporator is ready to run—no other utilities, support systems, cooling water, or air cooler required. You’ll begin continuous operation within hours of arriving at the site, evaporating water at rates of up to 20,000 pounds per hour (40 GPM). Running at 8 to 16 gallons per KW depending on configuration and application, the Agilix utilizes power with an efficiency that rates well for any evaporator, but is remarkable for a mobile system.
