Camera Based Inspection System Brochure

The testing stations are individually equipped with a programmable servo drive, which allows the set-up of the rotational speed profile for 360° inspection. In our cosmetic and particle inspection machine we are able to install up to 10 inspection stations. The machine design allows smooth and gentle product handling in the cosmetic inspection zone to reduce surface contact and bubble generation. Particle detection is performed using the image subtraction method and individual spinning profiles for different particle characters. Our machine concept achieves inspection rates of up to 600 samples per minute and has a wash-down design for easy cleanability.
