In 1990, the company embarked on a process of industrialisation that marked a technological breakthrough: centralised extraction systems equipped with inverters, capable of modulating energy consumption according to the number of active operators, were designed. A highly energy-efficient solution that enables large-scale industrial operations to optimise consumption without compromising performance.

To complete this technological leap, C.A.V. integrated into its systems a sophisticated pressure control software, capable of monitoring and regulating operation along the entire ducting circuit.

In the mid-1990s, the company developed a new generation of mobile solutions to meet the evolving needs in the body shop sector and in the manufacturing industry. Thus was born the SMAI SYSTEM, a mobile integrated system that combines dust extraction, compressed air and electricity in a single versatile and modular platform.

Thanks to constant research and innovation, C.A.V. has been able to establish itself as a benchmark in the design of industrial extraction systems for the body shop, the nautical sector, the wood industry, the carbon fibre and fibreglass processing industries, always maintaining a tailor-made approach to specific customer needs.
