CBISS Data Acquisition Software (CDAS) Datasheet

Market Leading MCERTS Environmental Data Acquisition, Reporting and Network Packages.D A SCD A SC2Tel: 0151 666 8300www.a1-cbiss.com“CDAS is the most advanced MCERTS Certified data acquisition software package”Dual RedundancyTo maximise data capture two copies of CDAS are set up in a duty/standby redundancy agreement. If the duty data is interrupted the system switches to collect data from the standby system.EN14181 Compliance• Calibration of instrument to SRM instrument• Each species on each analyser gives a calibration formulae in the form y=mx + c• Specific gas bottles associated to QAL3 test• A check to ensure analysers are still working as intended• Ensuring operating range• Multiple QAL3 tests from a mixed gas bottle• Correction to standard reference conditions Logging and Trending Systems CDAS Elite is the complete data logging, trending and analysis package offering full support for EN14181 QAL3 testing.• Windows 7 compatibility• Multi-Language support• Communicates via remote analogue I/O Automatic Report CDAS generates reports and graphs to meet the requirements of the site permit and EA. It complies with TGM M20 by applying QAL2 factors. Shewhart charts are generated automatically when running QAL3.• Automatic period reports• Searchable alarm history screen• Configurable alarms• Visual representation of alarm limits on data gridD A SCD A SC3Packed with enhanced features in helping you to achieve complianceCDAS is a fully MCERTS accredited (parts A, B, C1 & C2) real time data acquisition software – now available for windows 7. The ease and flexibility of CDAS creates a unique feel that allows the user to create user defined profiles, allowing several of these profiles to exist at once. The flexibility of the software means that raw data can be collected from a range of instruments for CEMS, gas detection sampling & filtration applications. The results are then implemented in a bespoke report. The reports can be saved as a PDF file or exported as a comma separated text file.Data Collection, Processing & VisualisationCDAS acquires data in real time, the real time data is then converted to:• Raw data (Instrument value) • Calibrated data (EN14181 QAL2 calibration function)• Corrected data (permit reference conditions)• Adjusted data (reportable values)A data file for each of the conditions above is written to the hard disk, CDAS does not delete any data that it has recorded.CDAS data acquisition programmes are installed on a PC that is connected to all of the analytical instruments. Communications are accomplished via either serial, ethernet protocols or analogue inputs. Other communication protocols are supported such as Modbus and OPC from the CDAS PC for easy interface to PLC.Shewhart chartsTypical gridMulti-language supportOnsite DemonstrationTo ensure that you’re making the most of the CDAS software you can request an on-site visit from one of our CEMS specialists.Contact sales@a1-cbiss.com or call 0151 666 8300 to organise a visit.4Sales Enquiriest: +44(0)151 666 8300e: sales@a1-cbiss.comweb: www.a1-cbiss.comTechnical Enquiriest: +44(0)151 666 8540e: engineering@a1-cbiss.comweb: www.a1-cbiss.comLogging and Trending PackagesCDAS AdvancedCDAS Advanced is designed to meet the demands of the CEMS market.
