La tête et la queue de cette nouvelle série sont réalisées par des détails en tôle galvanisée à chaud, tandis que les auges intermédiaires sont réalisées en tôle galvanisée SENDZIMIR.Caractéristiques techniquesTête Elle est construite par des éléments modulaires de tôle galvanisée à chaud renforcée sur les flancs à coté du fixage de supports de l’arbre de tête. Portière anti-noyage placée derrière la tête et brosse de nettoyage à coté de le déchargement de la tête. Il peut être monté, sur demande, un micro pour signaler, dans le panneau de contrôle, le noyage, par l’allumage d’une lampe de signalisation. Hublot d’inspection sur la tête que, au cas où il nécessite, peut servir comme prise d’aspiration. L’équipement normal prévoit aussi que la tête soit fournie de l’ergot de déchargement.Commande Il peut être réalisé en moyens différents conformément à la puissance à installer (indirect par transmission à chaîne, direct par moto-réducteur ou réducteur –moteur-joint oléodynamique). Tous les components en mouvement sont protégés du carter et réalisées selon les normes en vigueur.Auge Elle est construite en tôle d’acier galvanisée SENDZIMIR, presse-pliée. Le fonde est complètement boulonnée permettant un’ entretien facile. La guide est obtenue par un profil à “C” équipé avec de entretoises : ceci permet au produit, qu’il marche avant grâce à la chaîne, de tomber sans être entraîné. Les couvercles des auges sont à tenue d’eau. Les longueurs standard sont : 1000-1550-2000-2500-3000 mm.Chaîne La chaîne normalement installée est de type “Mille”, laquelle a la partie centrale en acier de qualité C40, tandis que les ailettes sont en Nylon 6 chargé à graphite. Les ailettes peuvent être aussi en acier, mais, dans ce cas, on fixe une guide en polyzène au fond et des ailettes de polyzène de nettoyage chaque deux mètres de chaîne.Ce type particulier de chaîne breveté permet des vitesses élevées et la réduction de puissance, maintenant le niveau de bruit sous les 90 décibels.Queue Elle est construite en tôle galvanisée à chaud. obtenant des pièces modulaires opportunément boulonnés entre leurs. Le supports, complets de paliers pour l’arbre de queue, sont fixés au système de tension de la chaîne. Ce système est de type traditionnel, muni de la barre filetée, de l’écrou et du contre-écrou.
