The software controls instrument parameters such as measurementtechnology and mode (endpoint or kinetic), type of plate, selection of wells to be measured,filter selection, activation of temperature control, shaking options, injectors, etc. All of theseparameters can be saved as a unique method.Measurement data is automatically saved and linked to the method file, which also includespreset calculations for data analysis. The calculated data can be easily saved, printed orexported. The overlay and layout of the microplate is also part of the method file, which isshown graphically and can be easily adjusted. Test controls (standards and concentrations)may be assigned in any well position and each individual control or standard is color-coded.In addition MikroWin software offers several curve fitting routines, qualitative distributionusing thresholds, kinetic graphics and calculations, and several other advanced data analysisand report generation features.
