ChemGrout - Model CG-500/031 Series - High Capacity Geotech Pump - Brochure

The ChemGrout CG-500/031 High-Capacity Geothermal Series has been designed specifically for grouting geothermal loops. These skid mounted grout plants efficiently mix and pump the high ratio sand/bentonite materials specified by loop designers. The CG-500/031 feature two 70-gallon (265 liters) mixing tanks, a large 45-gallon (170 liter) holding hopper and rugged single-acting 3″ piston grout pump. Each mixing tank is equipped with baffles, bag breaker and a variable speed high-efficiency paddle mixer that provides rapid grout mixing. Tank outlets are large slide gates that allow viscous grouting materials to flow quickly into the removable holding hopper.
