For over 5 decades, Chemco and Flo-Kem operated as two separate companies and Chemco was considered to be Flo-Kem’s largest customer. In 2013, the two companies merged and are known legally as LMC Enterprises dba Chemco Products Company and dba Flo-Kem.

Chemco Products, headquartered in Paramount, CA, has been developing, and supplying state-of-the-art specialty chemical products and solution oriented programs for over 55 years.

Chemco Products remains a privately owned family business. Today, the company is led by the 2nd and 3rd generation owners, Janis Cole Utz, CEO/President, Elaine S. Cooper, Chairman of the Board, Erica Utz Wochna, VP of Human Resources and Jamie Utz Thomas, VP of Administration. They are all personally involved, along with their Executive Management Team, in the company`s day-to-day operations.
