Cherne® I-Series® Air-Loc® Plugs are designed for line acceptance tests and leak location testing. I-Series plugs feature mechanically bonded rubber and end plates, eliminating failures from chemical bonding. I-Series pneumatic test plugs are made of tough, tear-resistant natural rubber with an aluminum end plate that minimizes rust and corrosion. Its field replaceable pressure relief valve prevents over-inflation. Color-coded inflation ports match Air-Loc`s hose and panel system.
