Who WeAre The Colorado Spirit Mountain Outreach Team was established through Touchstone Health Part-ners. The Team was created to help with the Spetember 2013 flood recovery efforts and pro-vide the affected communities and individuals with emotional support resource connections and information. The Mountain Outreach Team serves the entire area affected by the flood, going door-to-door to inform individuals about re-sources available in the commu-nity. All services are free and avail-able to residents and businesses affected by the Colorado Floods. Larimer County residents who need help cleaning their homes and/ or removing flood debris can call for assistance. Many non -profit organizations from across the United States have volun-teered to help with flood clean-up and recovery. United Way 2-1-1 will serve as the central registration point for clean-up assistance. Residents can register in-person or over the phone.
