1976 Change of name to ‘Zehnder Pumpen’, start of the production of waste water lifting units and submersible pumps
1992 Start of the production of garden pumps, electronic pressure pumps and house water systems
1992 Initiation of the production plant in Leipzig/Engelsdorf
1993 Change of name to ‘Zehnder Pumpen GmbH Pumpen und Anlagenbau’
1994 Initiation of another production plant on the site of the Elektromotorenwerk EMG in Gruenhain
2001 Relocation of the head office of ‘Zehnder GmbH Pumpen und Anlagenbau’ from Frankfurt/Main to Gruenhain, the service department of Zehnder Frankfurt as a branch office still services the customers of the Rhine-Main-Area
2002 Finishing of the extensive reconstruction and restoration works on the historical company building from 1906, the administration department as well the production department are now working efficiently on modern, process-oriented workplaces
