In the U.S. this craftsman certification is required by Wal-Mart and other large retailers in addition to state department of roads, county and city municipalities. This is the first time this certification examination has been offered in Mexico and is open to all attendees. The training course will cover quality control tests (ASTM and Mexican standards); tools; placing, finishing, jointing, and curing of concrete. The ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher Workbook CP-10S is included with registration. The Certification written examination will be offered at conclusion of the seminar. All who score 70% or above on the closed book, two-hour exam consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions will be certified as an ACI Flatwork Technician. Upon submission of 4,500 hours of verifiable work experience, the certification will be upgraded to ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher.ACI FLATWORK CERTIFICATION TRAINING CLASS AND EXAM• Understand the combination of good concrete and finishing practice to achieve high quality floors• Recognize the importance of mix design• Learn how to order ready mix concrete and run the acceptance tests at job site• Prepare for the Flatwork Certification ExamConference Program CONCRETO LATINOAMÉRICAPalacio de Iturbide 1 Palacio de Iturbide 2 Palacio de Iturbide 3CONCRETE INFRASTRUCTURE SUSTAINABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS08:00 -
