The ConSep Flex all-in-one chip conveyor and coolant cleaning system combines three chip removal technologies in one compact package: Hinged steel belt conveyor for removing most chips and turnings. Drag (scraper) conveyor to remove fine chips and swarf. Magnetic bed to attract ferrous fines (such as cast iron) for removal by scraper.
