You also can call us 877-972-0007.EXHIBITOR INFORMATION & GUIDELINESExhibitor Registration Companies and organizations interested in being part of the 2014 conference can register online on our conference webpage: www.cra-recycle.org/2014. Each Exhibitor registration includes one complimentary registration. Additional registrations, limit two, are $275 each. (Click on “add guest” during registration). Registration covers all sessions, receptions, breaks and meals. Early Bird Registration ends February 7, 2014. To be included in the conference program, you must be registered by February 28, 2014. Booth SelectionAll Sponsors and Exhibitors will be offered the opportunity to select their booth space at the time of registration with the help of an interactive floor map. Sponsors will be able to register and make their selections first, followed by Exhibitors. The earlier you register, the better the opportunity at first booth selection. Exhibitors will also be able to upgrade to a Prime Booth space in the Exhibit Hall for an additional fee. Exhibit Hall Special Events - The Roving Silent Auction and Door Prize DrawingsThis year’s conference features two activities in the Exhibit Hall. Our Silent Auction will be held throughout the Exhibit Hall. If you bring an item to donate for the auction, you may keep this item and the bidding sheet at your booth, inviting conference attendees to prolong their stay at your booth We’re also offering door prize drawings throughout the conference. If you choose to bring an item for the door prize drawing, we will select the winner of your prize from business cards dropped at your booth. Encourage attendees to linger longer at your booth and participate in the Silent Auction and the Door Prize DrawingsStandard Booth EquipmentCRA will furnish each booth with back and side drapes, a single-line booth sign, an eight-foot draped and skirted table with two chairs. George Fern Exposition Services will provide additional electrical, furniture and shipping needs. Please use order forms available on our webpage under “Exhibitors” or from George Fern directly at www.fernexpo.com. Cancellation PolicyAll requests for cancellations and refunds must be received in writing. Prior to February 28, 2014, a full refund may be applied, less a $50 service charge. After February 28, a refund of 50 percent of the registered amount will be credited to a future CRA event or membership. Please allow 90 days after the conference for processing any refunds.Installation and Dismantling Exhibits must be installed on April 1 between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Exhibits must be dismantled between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on April 3. Exhibitors may begin tearing down NO EARLIER than 2:00 p.m. on April 3. RestrictionsCRA reserves the right to revoke the license for space of any exhibiting company or prohibit any exhibit or part of any exhibit, or prohibit or restrict any activity or conduct within the Exhibit Hall, which in CRA’s exclusive judgment, is not appropriate.Security/LiabilityThe Exhibit Hall will be secured when exhibits are not open. CRA shall not be responsible for the safety of exhibits from theft, fire or other causes.
