Csi Probes - Brochure

Eurorad has been pioneering in this field and offers a very large choice of probes incorporating a CsI(Tl) scintillator (of up to 50 mm diameter) coupled to a Si photodiode and a low noise preamplifier. Energy threshold: the lower energy threshold for spectroscopic applications depends on the size of the scintillator. It is typically around 75 keV. Energy resolution : depends on the size of the scintillator (see the brochure) Efficency: the efficiency is exactly the same as a conventional scintillator & PMT arrangement
