We introduced our composite LPG cylinders for forklift trucks (flt) in 2006. The standard size is 14 kg (31 lbs). Lightweight Our cylinders are lighter than aluminum and steel cylinders. With an empty weight1 of 7.5 kg (16.5 lbs), giving it a maximum weight2 of 22.2 kg (48.9 lbs) when full, our cylinders are the lightest FLT cylinders available. European Manual Handling Operations Regulations state that it is not allowed to lift cylinders heavier than 25 kg (55 lbs) further than elbow height. Our FLT cylinders lightweight is well below this requirement. All cylinders have identical tare weight. The low weight combined with an ergonomic design makes this cylinder very easy to lift, handle and stack, further reducing the risk of workplace injury
