The European regulation for the Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Substances (Chemicals) REACH affects the manufacture, import and uses of all chemical products.

Guaranteeing a high level of protection for human health and the Environment, avoiding disparities between the legal provisions of the Member States and promoting the substitution of the most dangerous substances when there are technically and economically viable alternatives, are some of the objectives of REACH .

The demands posed by the different regulatory requirements at the national, European and international level, led to Derypol formalizing the creation of the figure of the Regulatory Department in 2015.

Under the Technical Direction and in tune with the R&D and Quality Control departments, the Regulatory department ensures the safety of our products in relation to the different legislative requirements. He is responsible for preparing, reviewing and updating the technical documentation necessary to provide guarantees and the necessary support to our clients. It also acts as a support and control instrument in terms of industrial applications and as an advisor in countries where our company wants to grow its market.
