Zeochem AG is a subsidiary of CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG, a Swiss public company founded in 1818. Since the 1970s and on the basis of its outstanding professional expertise, Zeochem (formerly known as CU Deutero + Agro AG) has manufactured Deuterium Labeled Compounds used as solvents in NMR spectroscopy, R&D, Tracers and building blocks in APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients), as well as for the synthesis of organic light-emitting diodes (OLED). In March 2018, Zeochem acquired the assets from the Swiss company Armar AG. Armar was founded in 1986 and had a long-term cooperation with Zeochem in the production of Deuterated Compounds.
