The Richard Alan Engineering DCP range of flocculant preparation equipment offers a high quality, high efficiency and economical solution for producing a homogenous polymer solution. The DCP is a fully automated batching system effectively dissolving dry polymer products with water. The dry polymer is fed by a calibrated screw into a heated stream of air where it is pneumatically conveyed to a wetting head before being agitated and aged in the mixing tank.
