In 1992 the ECA Group became a subsidiary of the GORGE Group, a technological and industrial company listed on the stock market, whose independence is guaranteed by the stability of its family-owned majority shareholding structure. The purpose of the Group is to guarantee complete protection and safety for its customers, and deliver a faultless industrial service. Since it is the majority shareholder of ECA, the GORGE Group ensures it remains independent.

By entering the stock market in 2003, the ECA Group was able to strengthen its financial solidity and finance the acquisition of new companies, a key component of its growth.
