In the next pages a list of proposed design combinations are proposed. Each Design has a code for identification, which is enough to describe all necessary components. How to read an ECO-PA code? All ECO-PA tanks codes are based on three components, and must be read separately: As example, for a tank sized 48x74, connection 3” and inlet outlet TOP&BOTTOM with internal distribution system assembled, code must be: 20648743 Design Tank size Connection 206 48x74 3 How to identify a tank in our price list? This reference is also used for identification of the tank in the price list. How to identify a tank when ordering? When ordering a PEVASA tank, this codes should be used, and sepately if there is any modification, this should be detailed in the order. The buyer has the responsibility to demonstrate the non conformity of the delivered goods. If the buyer can demonstrate that there is any manufacturing problem in the goods and the quality system of the vendor recognize it, the vendor will replace the defective product with a new product. This warranty does not affect the rights of the customer as established in the Spanish law 23/2003. The warranty is not applicable in the following cases: - Defects caused by the use of raw materials of the buyer or imposed by the buyer. - Repair or replacement caused by the lack of accomplishment of the rules of the art. - Use of chemical agents described as not resistant in the chemical resistance list. - Incidents caused by accident or force major. - Changes made by the buyer without the approval of the vendor. - If the identification label of the tank has been removed or made illegible. - Defects caused by accessories installed by a third person. If there is any legal procedure it will be only competent at the Terrassa (Barcelona - SPAIN) tribunal. Warranty period for all tanks and filters supplied by PEVASA is 2 years. Sales Conditions Minimum order level is 300 €.
