With the support of EFI Global’s compliance professionals, a company can identify applicable EHS federal, state and local requirements, highlighting recurring tasks. These tasks can then be incorporated into the TNS, allowing automatic notification to employees of tasks requiring completion. System features are summarized below. Examples of tasks that might be identified include: Reports: SARA, NSPS reporting, Title V deviation reports, MACT SS&M reports Records: Water flows, training, process parameters, manifests, groundwater monitoring Inspections: Daily, weekly, monthly audits, process checks, storm water, waste storage areas Change Management: NSR analyses, trials, environmental checklists To learn more, or to request a demo of EFI Global’s Task Notification System™, please contact Kurt Gilliam in our Indianapolis office at 317.585.6430 or kurt_gilliam@efiglobal.com. Feature Benefit Email Task Notices The TNS automatically e-mails an individual when it is time to complete a task. Task e-mails can be set at varying frequencies (i.e., weekly, monthly, etc.) Work instructions Tasks are designed to include work instructions. By including work instructions within the task notification, consistency and continuity are promoted. Document Management Inspection forms, etc. can be maintained in an online facility document database and linked to tasks. Employees have immediate access to applicable support documents when the task notification e-mail is received. Completion Certificates An employee documents task completion in the TNS, providing date task was completed, person who completed task and additional comments as needed. A completion certificate (.pdf) for each task is created. Completion certificates are both maintained in an online database and available for download by the client. Late Notifications An employee can be sent an e-mail notifying him/her when a task was not completed by a due date. Late Task Management Designated employees can either be sent an e-mail notification when someone else has not completed a task by the due date or receive a weekly late task report summarizing facility late tasks. Task Management Client can easily sort and view tasks by multiple criteria. Allows a user to balance EHS task assignments, track late tasks, view tasks in a calendar view, etc. Multiple Facilities Allows a client to easily manage EHS tasks for multiple facilities, regardless of geographic location. No Software Required The TNS requires users only to have Internet access and an e-mail account.
