ELEX has been specialized to the remodelling of old electrostatic precipitators where the existing housing is used. The ELEX custom-designed and manufactured bag house systems reflect decades of experience and continuous research to achieve the best possible outcome. Stricter dust emission limits or dust tops can bring the electrostatic precipitator to its limits. If the existing housing is in mechanically good condition, the rebuilding of an electrostatic precipitator to a bag house can be the best solution. Thus space problems for new plant components can be bypassed, the dust discharge can be used without any rebuilding and further it does not require a proposal-testing for a completely new system, which means a greater barrier than the conversion. Reverse air- and pulse jet- bag houses are available.
