The base is manufactured from 3mm steel sheet with RHS cross members and pressed ribs, a heavy duty RHS end frame with 2mm corrugated panels and comes complete with galvanised support channels above the fully seam welded sump which is further fitted with base plinths to eliminate contact with the ground and the unit is shot blasted before being painted.
