Envibat`s Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (WESPs) offer robust and efficient air pollution control solutions. Designed to handle various applications, WESPs employ a modular system that can be tailored to meet specific capacity requirements. The system integrates an advanced gas distribution mechanism ensuring uniform flow through vertical tubes. These tubes feature grounded collector electrodes, while emission electrodes, positioned centrally, utilize high voltage to create a corona discharge. This ionizes nearby gas, imparting a negative charge to aerosols and particles, which are then attracted to and collected by the electrodes. The design allows for periodic flushing to remove particulates.
