Matrix has the expertise to provide overall project management, regulatory and technical direction for project application, baseline data collection, impact assessment, mitigation plan-ning and overall documentation. One of our strengths is the integration of engineering and environmental expertise, to support the clear communication of key project requirements to both the client and assessment teams.
