When information is registered, it will beused to create a number of KPIs & frequencies and balancedagainst identified targets and historical trends and performance. All proactive environmental management activities likeEnvironmental impact assessment, Life cycle assessment, andenvironmental audits can be handled in the system. Risks, non-conformancies, and observations are analysed, classified andevaluated to document weak spots and improvement areas. Theintegrated action management feature will allow companies tocreate full environmental improvement plans with cost/benefitanalysis, due dates, responsibility identification and a follow upprocess with automatic notifications and reminders.ANALYSIS, PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AND REPORTSAVAILABILITYPeriodic measure and analysis of performance data will helpcompanies identify areas of immediate and controlled attention.And when needed, Synergi will support the deviation and permitmanagement process to control short and long term deviationneeds.
