After the Audit… • Assists in writing the audit report by listing the comments from other audits with similar findings. • Records the names of team members, time spent on audit, and travel costs. • Record the date of each update on each finding. • Determines which action plans are due or late. When the Action Plan is approved… • Records interim solutions, projected completion dates, and final solutions. • Lists findings that have no action plan. Status Reports • Produces reports on late findings and generates tickler reports for each facility. • Informs management on the number of resolved and unresolved findings. • Enter status reports using any of four methods: Field reports - Field personnel indicate the status of each finding in writing which is then entered into EPOCH. Auditor Phone Updates - Auditors call the facility and enter the status report directly into EPOCH. Direct Updates - Field personnel directly enter the status of each finding into EPOCH. A tight security system ensures that only their findings are updated. Web Updates – Enter audit finding updates using a web page. While auditors are preparing for the next audit, the EPOCH Audit Module can track the status of each finding for all previous audits. Through a series of on-screen and printed reports, this comprehensive tracking system will insure that all findings are resolved on-time. Integration The Audit Module is integrated with the EPOCH Calendar Module to e-mail warning messages to a user defined mailing list when Audit Findings are scheduled to be resolved or when an audit is to be conducted. Standard Reports The Audit Module offers several standard reports. Reports may be directed to the screen, printer, text file or other file formats, (i.e. RTF, HTML, etc.) Late Findings Listing – Lists by location all findings for each audit that have not been completed according to the action plan. This report can be attached to a quarterly status report prepared by facilities or corporate. Detailed Audit Listing – Lists information from each audit record. You have the option of printing any text associated with the audit (findings, action plans, tracking dates/comments). Category Summary – Summarizes findings by major category (e.g., number of air, water, RCRA, or TSCA findings by location). This report is valuable when trying to determine areas that require employee training. Audit Status Report – Summarizes for each audit all findings and the various dates that the findings are to be resolved according to the action plan.
