Integration The Chemical Inventory Module is integrated with several other EPOCH Modules, including: MSDS: From within the Chemical Inventory Module, view the MSDS in full text or image form. Shop floor workers can select from a list of chemicals in their work area. 313 Form R / Mass Balance: Automatically determine which materials have exceeded the Form R thresholds for amount manufactured, processed or otherwise used. Chemical Approval: View the approved chemical list prior to purchasing a new material. List the locations where materials that have not been approved are being used. Determine the chemicals that have not been re-authorized within the last year. Air Emissions: Emissions that are calculated in the Air Module can be speciated in accordance with the chemical composition for each mixture. Standard Reports The Chemical Inventory Module offers several standard reports. All reports have menus that allow you to specify the report parameters before printing. Reports may be directed to the screen, printer, text file or more than 20 standard file formats, (i.e. Excel, Lotus, RTF, dBase, etc.) Tier I and Tier II Reports – Prints Tier I and Tier II reports. These intricate reports follow the Federally required format, including the certification statement at the end of each report. Many state Tier II reports are also available. Total of EHSs On-Site – Calculates the total, average, and maximum quantities for all Extremely Hazardous Substances (EHS) on-site. Hazardous components in mixtures are broken down by percentage and added to the pure substance totals. Components By Mixtures – Lists all components and the percentage of each component for a specific chemical mixture. Reportable Release Report – Determines if the amount released has exceeded the various reportable quantities. List of Chemicals for a Hazard Category – Lists all chemicals/mixtures for a specified EPA hazard category.
