Blackhawk 5011 Liquid Asphalt Coating Summer Grade is a liquefied asphalt dampproofing formulated to be easily applied by roller, brush, or spray equipment. It is used as a primer on concrete surfaces to receive Blackhawk 5401 Pipe Joint Mastic or as a coating. It dries to a tough, durable, and waterdeterring layer, and is ideally applied in temperature conditions above 40°F (4°C).
