Global Splash Inc. is a Women`s Business Enterprise located in Central Louisiana developing and manufacturing advanced water and wastewater filtration products for Industrial, municipal and stormwater applications.

Our People
Mary Jon Converse is a business entrepreneur. She started a construction business with her husband, Skip, in 1959 and has been the President and CEO since his death in 1994. She was interested in assisting an amazing inventor to bring forward an innovative idea and began a 16 year journey of exploration into the world of water filtration.

Mary Carroll Converse is the Chief Financial Officer of Global Splash and has been a key leader since its inception. A 1979 graduate of Northeast Louisiana University, she has been closely involved in improving both her community and developing new businesses.

Donnie Broussard, as managing director is involved with the development of the Quad Barrier products since its inception and is devoted to finding solutions for water problems occurring around the world. She is a graduate of Louisiana College and is also a small business owner. Her experience in business operations is a valuable asset for Global Splash.
