Multinational companies have invested in the development of petrochemical complexes, fertilizer plants, refineries andchemical plants. These industrial activities are major generators of hazardous waste (GEO 2000, UNEP). In relation with theexpected increased development and industrialization, Abu Dhabi Environment Agency (EAD) is expecting a large increase inthe generation of wastes, and there is need for more facilities for the treatment and disposal of hazardous waste in particular(Abu Dhabi Environment Strategy, 2008 - 2012).The increasing environmental awareness, and industrial boom are key factors driving the corporate attention towardshazardous waste management as part of their sustainability policies, hence providing enormous opportunities in the MiddleEast. Know what and where these opportunities are and understand the policies, legislation, monitoring and control for theseprojects in the Middle East.Heads, Directors, Managers, Consultants and Engineers of:· Waste Management· Research & Development· Quality Control· Environmental Engineering· Health, Safety & Environment· Hazardous Waste Management· Environment Management System· Wastewater treatment· Hazardous waste treatment· Pollution control & prevention· SustainabilityWe strongly encourage participation from municipalities and environment agencies.Reach your desired and potential clients.
