FDM ATR Polymers (1138 Spectra) - Datasheet

These FTIR spectra were run on a single bounce monolithic Diamond ATR crystal. The spectral range is 400 cm-1 to 4000 cm-1 and the optical resolution is 2 cm-1. So as to provide high quality spectra for high refractive index samples this library includes 54 spectra run on a Germanium ATR crystal.
