The Feritech FT351 Multimode Geotech Winch is a fast, precisely controlled, electrically driven winch, designed with geotechnical core sampling in mind. The FT351 is also suitable for deployment of geophysical and oceanographic systems such as side scan sonar, sub bottom profilers or ocean water samplers. It can be used in constant tension (CT) mode or as a conventional hoist winch. Control of the winch can be local or remote to suit various vessel layouts and deck plans. The safety crash frame offers superb protection for both operators and equipment.
