The automated production process followed by hot curing ensures high and constant mechanical strength. The piping system can be provided with a protective chemical barrier against especially aggressive media. Fiberdur pipes are available in the standard product range with nominal diameters of DN 25 to 1000. The pipe length of DN 25 is approx. 3 m, DN 40 to 80 approx. 6 m, DN 100 and bigger approx. 10 m. Wallthickness (from inside to outside) ? Resin-rich interior coating, highly corrosion-proof 0.5 mm ? Laminate rovings embedded in resin ? Topcoat 0.3 mm Wallthickness and number of layers acc. to clients request.
