FilterONE 100% AISI 316 FILTER CARTRIDGE WITH PLEATED AISI316 MICROFIBER AND SUPPORT SEM CROSS SECTION VIEW DESCRIPTION FilterONE is a filter cartridge 100% AISI 316, pleated AISI 316L microfibers, stainless steel with AISI 316L SS supports, regenerable, made with: -4 layers, 3 support layers and one filter media layer. All of them made of stainless steel AISI 316L -Internal drain layer to defend and support the filter media and resist to the backpressure -Second support layer to keep in place the filter media and support high delta P (up to 16 bar) Unique filter media called 4A1 made of stainless steel AISI 316L microfibers, with very high resistance. This filter media is welded to the end caps by a special technology Traceability: all grades are 100% traceable Applications: pharmaceutical, fine chemical, filtration of steam and compressed air, food and beverages, cosmetic industries, semiconductors and industrial.
