FILTOMAT/M102C-110PAutomatic self-cleaningThe ideal filtrationsolution for a widerange of applicationsLow Cost High PerformanceAutomaticSelf-CleaningWater Filter*Patented innovative technology*No external power required*Filtered water continues to flow to the system during the backflush cycle*Easy to install and maintain*Self-locking mechanism to prevent over-flushing*Short pay-back periodHow the M102C-104C works :How the M104LP-M110P works:When flushing is completed, a second flushing cycle is automati-cally triggered, pushing the col-lector assembly downwards to itsoriginal position. the combinedflush cycle takes 6-10 seconds. The combined spin and axial movements ensure that the suction nozzles sweep the entirescreen area. When flushing is completed, a second flusing cycle is automatically triggered, pushing the col-lector assembly to its original posi-tion. the combined flush cycletakes 10-15 secondes.Water is filtered through the finescreen (1) to outlet (2). As dirtaccumulates on inner face offine screen, pressure differentialbuilds up. At a preset level, therinse controller (3) opens flushingvalve (4), creating a strongbackflush stream to atmosphere. This backflush creates a suctioneffect at nozzles (5), cleaningthe face of the fine screendirectly in front of nozzle open-ings. Backflush water now flowsthrough collector pipe (6), viahydraulic rotor (7) to flushingvalve, causing the dirt collectorassembly (8) to spin. Pressuredrop in rotor chamber (9) forcesthe collector assembly upward. The combined spin and upwardmovements ensure that the suc-tion nozzles sweep the entirescreen area. The special design of the nozzlecreates an additional streamthat also cleans the back side ofthe screen.Water enters the filter throughthe inlet (1) and is pre-filtered through the coarse screen (3) and then is filtered through the fine screen (4). From there it passes to the outlet (2). As dirt accumulates on inner face ofthe fine screen, pressure differ-ential builds up. At a presetlevel, the rinse controller (12)opens flushing valve (9), creat-ing a strong backflush streamthrough the drainage (11) to the atmosphere. This backflush cre-ates a suction effect at nozzles (6), cleaning the face of the fine screen directly in front of thenozzle openings.Backflush water now flowsthrough collector pipe (7) viahydraulic rotor (8) to flushingvalve, causing the dirt collectorassembly (7) to spin. Pressuredrop in rotor assembly (5) anddrainage of piston (10) forcesthe collector assembly into axialmovement.14NO.
