Atypical application is the detection and removal of PVC and other low melt contaminates in the processing of PET flakes for recycling. The FlakeSort™ utilizes proprietary infrared sensing technology coupled with state-of-the-art sorting algorithms to effectively scan and classify polymer flake at high speed.
