Our quality has been attested with ISO 9001 in March 2003, after successfully passing the primary audits as a result of training and restructuring process of almost one year, and our company has initiated its institutionalization process. Hence, in the course of time, it has constantly developed its departments by establishing quality parameters without compromising its principles and sectoral identity.

Our company aims to develop its manufacturing method and technique, increase its product variety and ensure consistent customer satisfaction by providing maximum possible cost-effectiveness. Its quality policy is to improve productivity by providing the relevant trainings required to employees employed at all levels in each and every department and to use the resources at the right time and in an efficient manner.

Having started its manufacturing activities in an area of 250m2, our company has carried its manufacturing and administrative affairs organization to greater areas as from the second half of 2003. The management, manufacturing, shipment and delivery organizations are conducted in indoor areas of nearly 5000 m2, including the headquarters and warehouse in Istanbul Asian site as well as the warehouses in Antalya and İzmir. Our company achieves its activities in total 15000m² indoor areas by means of ever-increasing Makro Express dealers in Anatolia.

With the goal of providing better service and enabling shorter delivery times in the Balkan region, our company opened a branch office, warehouse and production workshop in Belgrade, Serbia in early 2020. Performing its activities in an area of 550m2, Makro Teknik D.o.o both achieves domestic sales in Serbia and exports to Bosnia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania.
