30 years of innovation

Created in 1991 by a Danish label printer, Flexo Wash began out of necessity. Founder Henning Kongstad faced the increased requirements for improved print quality, so he invented a basic parts washer for use in his own printing business. Through constant innovation over more than 30 years, Flexo Wash now offers a diverse line of highly advanced cleaning equipment for narrow and wide web printing.

Leading provider in North America

Flexo Wash US is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky where it has been a family-owned business for nearly 20 years. It is the leading provider of Flexo Wash cleaning solutions in North America for the flexographic, offset and gravure package printing industries. Flexo Wash products will extend the life of anilox rolls and sleeves, gravure cylinders, flexo plates, flexo plate sleeves, press parts and rotary screens, while decreasing the make-ready down time between job runs.

Flexo Wash US serves the United States, Canada, Mexico and parts of the Caribbean. Today we have products in over 700 facilities across North America. Customer satisfaction is our primary priority. We stand by and guarantee every product we sell.
