Flomag - Model V - Remote Sensor with Aseptic Thread- Brochure

Sensor of the electromagnetic flowmeter FLOMAG with aseptic thread according to DIN 11851 used in food industry. Nut of the thread connection is on the sensor’s side. The male part with external thread for welding on the piping is a part of the delivery. That sensor is used for flow measurement of foodstuffs. It is manufactured in dimensions from DN15 up to DN150 for pressure rates from PN6 up to PN25. Lining is manufactured from soft rubber (MG), hard rubber (TG), special hard rubber (NG) – used for potable water, PTFE (T). Measuring electrodes are manufactured from stainless steel (Ss), Hasteloy C276 (Ha), Platinum (Pt). The lining and the electrodes are chosen according to the chemical composition and the temperature of the measured medium. Please, consult the concrete materials with the manufacturer. Transmitter can be integral part of the sensor – compact version or it is connected with the sensor with a cable – remote version.
