The analogical probe allows the levelling of layer upstream of the regulator. The data are processed by an automat which adjusts the speed of the conveyor, the speed of the regulator and the height of drum in order to avoid the phenomena of stuffing. The regulator of layer can be also manually controlled since a sorting cabin. The operator can, constantly, order the lifting of the drum in order to let pass the large paperboards or possible cumbersome. The design of the regulator of layer makes it possible to program several heights of drum according to the various types of flow to be treated. A support is planned for the fixing of inductive sensors on the fixed frame.Fixed on the moving part of the regulator of layer, a finger of indexing gives the precise position of the drum and allows a great flexibility in use. Maintenance The maintenance of the regulator of layer is ensured by an operator having received a suitable formation. A case of hand drive operation placed near the regulator makes it possible to carry out a stripping or an adjustment. The hexagonal shape of the drum is especially envisaged in order to avoid the rolling up of plastic films. Protection of the personnel The storage area of the regulator of layer is partitioned by an border of latticed panels a height of 2 meters. The case of order is composed of pushbuttons and a key switch.
