Contracts contain all invoice and performance-related information, such as conditions, addresses, materials and services, agreed with business partners. This solution supports accounts payable and receivable processing of documents such as orders, assignments, deliveries, incoming and outgoing invoices.Pricing in contractsA key aspect of contracts is the setting up of price-related agreements. The FWI solution allows a number of different pricing models to be used:• Standard prices (as per price list)• Fixed prices (as per contract) • Index-based prices. These offer the advantage of being maintained by a neutral party, with changes being reflected in all referenced contracts.In addition, a matrix for transport prices (mileage-based, time-dependent, material-dependent, etc.) is also available since transport has a major influence on pricing.Trading and brokerage Establishing a linkage between several contracts creates a network of contracts which allows customers to align input and output agreements with various business partners. A differentiation between own and third-party vehicles also allows for the scheduling of transport services provided by subcontractors. It is also possible to allocate vehicles to vehicle groups in order to manage scheduling even in the case of large fleets. Dispatchers can plan on the basis of requirements-based trips, planned trips, etc. in order to reflect their daily business. Incoming, outgoing and internal transport activi-ties can be easily dispatched by means of drag and drop. These can either be added to an existing trip or a new trip can be created. Besides planning transport and personnel resources, the dispatch module can also be used to monitor capacity utilization. Besides simple incoming and outgoing weighing procedures, com-bined, follow-up, tour-based and control weighing procedures can also be per-formed. The data captured can be booked directly to the delivery notes and are immediately available for further processing (e.g. invoicing). The integration of the cash module also allows the weighmaster to issue and book cash-based invoices. Cash, check and credit card payments can be taken into account. Quality controlFWI ENVIRONMENTAL allows quality control to be integrated at a very early stage of the business process. The preparation of the accompanying paper-work / data takes place as early as the dispatch phase. For example, this allows an initial inspection to take place and be recorded at the point in time that goods are received from a carrier.It is also possible to record the chemical composition and description of articles and materials, as well as batch-related attributes, which can then be checked by means of quality-related orders. Performance checks and back-office feedback as well as industry-typical invoicing modelsAll services can be efficiently checked, corrected and invoiced. Data can be transferred to these third-party systems (trip data, assignments, quantities, CRM data and digital delivery notes for hand-held devices). Similarly, it is also possible to download data from on-board systems to FWI ENVIRONMENTAL. The range of options extends from assignment data to the technical data specific to the relevant means of transport. Consignment notes – hazardous waste The system fully integrates the legal formalities and forms necessary for the management of hazardous waste. The issuing of the transport documentation is automatically accompanied by the generation of the consignment note data and the consignment note documentation. When recording the weight of the materials, this data is automatically included in the consignment note data. Changes, e.g. in terms of the materials and their destinations, are immedia-tely taken into account in the consignment notes. Data subject to mandatory reporting procedures are made available via the defined interface for periodic reporting to the relevant public authorities. Intercompany processesIt is possible to define the basis for subsequent intercompany processes in the contract itself. This forms a comprehensive basis for the automation of documentation and invoicing. Intercompany processes can relate to all kinds of materials, transport and services.ABILITYLETYOURWORKFLOWRecycling and sorting processesThe planning and control of joint and by-products are important requirements in the recycling sector. The integration of the process module meets all of the key requirements necessary to ensure optimal and timely production. Personnel and machinery planning are key requirements here. Preparation of waste balances (public authority notifications) FWI ENVIRONMENTAL supports customers in preparing the reports required by public authorities, such as regu-lar notifications and the new Waste Documentation Ordi-nance (ANVO). We have already integrated all of the legal requirements and the necessary functions and data into FWI ENVIRONMENTAL. As a result, you can prepare the waste balance documentation largely automatically. The records for the waste balance documentation can also be transmitted directly to the competent public authority via an xml interface. The European Waste Catalogue is also available as standard (OECD codes, Basel codes, etc.).Project integrationProject integration provides a series of functionalities.
