Construction – Design: Parts are machined from316-L Stainless Steel investment castings or barstock. Input & Final Shaft: For increased wear resistance,the input and output shaft is plasma-sprayed with a Chromium Oxide coating on Stainless Steel.Shaft & Gearbox Bushings: Input shaft thrust isabsorbed by a Tungsten carbide bushing. The turbine blades are attachedto the top of the input shaft. The bottom of this shaftis connected to the inside of a flow-through, plane-tary gearhead which then turns the body in the hori-zontal plane and the nozzles in the vertical plane.Planetary Gearhead: The flow-through planetarygearhead incorporates all stainless steel compo-nents.Lubricant: The Gamajet Aseptic 6 is a non-lubricat-ed, contaminant-free unit and does not contain anylubricants. No customer-supplied or user-maintainedlubricant is needed. Gear Ratio: 256:1.Operating & Maintenance: Complete operating andmaintenance procedures are covered in a detailedinstruction manual furnished with all machines.Ready availability of in-stock spare parts or kits, andthe ease of on-site maintenance minimize the needfor costly factory repairs. Prompt factory overhaul orrepair service is always available. Replacement partsand service kits are stocked year round. Special 24-48 hour delivery available upon request at no extracharge.Warranty: Gamajets are warranted for eighteenmonths from the date of shipment against anydefects in workmanship or materials. Normal mainte-nance parts such as O-rings, bearings, bushings, andseals are not included under this warranty, nor isdamage caused by dropping, use of destructivelycorrosive fluids, or other abuse. This warranty shallnot apply to any malfunction resulting from use ofnon-Gamajet replacement parts purchased from anysource other than Gamajet or an authorized Gamajetdistributor.
