MODEL # PF 216MODEL # PF 216 GARRATT AIR SCREEN GARRATT AIR SCREEN THE GARRATT Model PF 216 air screen offers large screen area at low cost with 216 sq. ft of screen for large capacity fine cleaning. AIR SETTLINGS CHAMBERS The extra large air settlings chambers allow for accurate air settings by simply changing the amount of air to each front and rear air by changing an easy access slide adjustment. VIBRATING FEEDER The vibrating feeder is driven with an eccentric bearing mounted to the main shaker shaft. A maximum and minimum feed stopper is used to control the weighted feed pan for a constant even flow. REMOTE BLOWER or an Integral blower are options available for the PF 216 Air Screen Machine. LARGE CAPACITY By using two identical shoes, allows the product flow to be split, putting 50% of the product on each shoe. The PF 216 also utilizes grade screens, which are simply an oversize sift screen, which puts large product in to the clean before it reaches the final sift screen. Therefore, allowing large capacity without overloading the sift screen. SMOOTH OPERATION The model PF 216 is balanced by using two identical shoes on opposite throws to offer counter balanced long life operation. DOUBLE SCALP FEATURE In cases where two scalping operations are needed the grade screen can be used as a scalp by simply changing a door to direct the overs into the scalping discharge.
