Gebr. RUBERG - - Gutter Dust Extraction Plants Brochure
RUBERG Gutter Dust Extraction Plant RGE seriesPOWERFUL SUCTION FOR A DUST-FREE ENVIRONMENT2RUBERG Gutter Dust Extraction PlantsOur powerful solution for low emissions when delivering dust-intensive bulk materials.RUBERG Gutter dust extraction plants are available as a vibra-ting hose extraction wall, a jet hose extraction wall or as an extraction wall with a decentralised filtering device. RUBERG Lamella dumping gutterInput gutters with a high use frequency can be fitted or also retroactively fitted with an additional lamella system. This sealing system closes the grid device at the top so that no dust-air mixture can escape. Using RUBERG lamella dumping gutters means that fewer modules are required for the suction power of the gutter dust extraction plant which results in lower investment and energy costs. DimensionsThreshold limit values are significantly below average for all design variants. Extracted air can, for example, be released outdoors via a silen-cer and a deflector hood. An air curtain as a circulating air airlock in the approach area is a further possibility for using the exhaust air.20003652100170050400500Jacob flaring edgeElectrical connectionDoorGridGutter Ø 3503RUBERG Extraction WallsRUBERG Vibrating hose extraction wallHere, we work with a modular design, i.e. a cabinet module (2000 mm W x 2100 mm H x 500 mm D) consists of the suction cascade, the filter hose series, the vibrating beam with the unbalance motor, inspec-tion hatches and the connector. During the pouring-in process when a product is delivered, the dust cloud is guided via the cascade into the interior of the filter hose series. Dust and coarse particles remain attached to the walls of the hose series. The pure air is then fed outside through the connector via fans. After unloa-ding is finished, the extraction is switched off. The vibrating mechanism starts up and the product falls from the filter hose walls back into the loading gutterRUBERG Jet hose extraction wallWe also work with a modular design here, i.e. a cabi-net module (2000 mm W x 2100 mm H x 500 mm D) consists of the suction cascade, the filter hose series, magnetic valves, compressed air reservoirs, the pres-sure difference measurement device and the filter controller. During the pouring-in process when a pro-duct is delivered, the dust cloud is guided to the filter hose series. Dust and large particles remain attached to the outer walls of the hose series. Compressed air pulses in the counterflow, triggered by the pressure difference device and the filter controller, clean the fil-ter hoses during the entire unloading process. The dust is constantly guided downwards into the delivery gutter.RUBERG Extraction wall with a decentralised filtering deviceThe input gutter contains just one sheet steel suction cascade with an air collector pipe above it which is fed to a decentrally positioned RUBERG flexible hose nozzle filter. This is a flexible hose filter with a radial fan directly downstream, a silencer and a discharge air line with a deflector hood at the end. The dust is sepa-rated out in the filter and returned for further use via a RUBERG discharge valve.System illustration of a RUBERG gutter dust extraction plant with a centralised filter systemSystem illustration of a RUBERG gutter dust extraction plant with a decentralised filter system 1. Over several decades, a modern engineering factory emerged from the initial main production of wind- and watermills. Our manufacturing programme comprises complete planning, production and installation of entire systems and individual machines for cereal stores, feed works, independent silo systems and also powder and bulk material conveying. A proven staff of 50 employees has made innovation and professionalism its business. The tests and experiments conducted in our technical facilities allow us to develop equipment and machines to the newest techniques and standards.
